About

Compassionate therapy for deeper healing

My path into this work comes from a belief that our experiences—especially those that go unprocessed—shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. I am passionate about helping clients understand these patterns and create meaningful, lasting change. I believe we are created for connection—with ourselves, with others, and with something greater than us. When trauma, grief, or relationship pain disrupts that connection, it can leave us feeling lost, overwhelmed, or alone. I work with individuals, couples, and families to gently process these experiences, using an attachment-focused approach. My goal is to help you make sense of your story, heal what feels unresolved, and move toward a life marked by greater peace, connection, and clarity. You don’t have to navigate this on your own. Therapy can be a place to slow down, be known, and begin to experience real, lasting change.
